The diet rich in protein, if they are followed by two weeks at a time, may have beneficial effects such as increasing metabolism and burn more calories.
Dieters who can not follow this diet for more than six days, is supposed to stop and restart the system after six months.
This diet is very strict. If a hungry between meals, drink water instead of a snack.
This is the diet:
Day 1:
For breakfast, a cup of coffee with one sugar cube. Lunch may include two boiled eggs with fourteen ounces of spinach and tomatoes. Seven ounces of meat and a salad with oil and lemon juice are recommended for dinner.
Day 2:
Breakfast, diet can have a cup of coffee, sugar cube, lunch, nine grams of ham and yogurt, and dinner, seven grams of beef salad.
Day 3:
Breakfast includes a cup of coffee with one sugar cube and a slice of toast. For lunch, dieters can have two hard boiled eggs, a slice of ham and a salad. A celery cooked in a tomato and a dinner of fresh fruits do.
Day 4:
For breakfast, a cup of coffee with one sugar cube and a slice of toast. Lunch may include a cup of orange juice and yogurt. For dinner, an egg with a carrot and 250 grams of cottage cheese.
Day 5:
For breakfast, diet can have a large carrot. Lunch includes seven ounces of cooked code with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter. The dinner consists of nine ounces of meat with celery.
Day 6:
