IBS Diet - Food That Prevents Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Patients with irritable bowel syndrome, suffering from abdominal pain, bloating and discomfort without any perceptible reason. There can be many causes of IBS.

11. Artificial sweeteners and artificial fats can raise problems of bloating and diarrhea.
