My approach to weight loss became my health. Losing 300 pounds was not the first thing that happened to me, but rather "what can I do to get healthy and eat well." It was a very strange approach given that I was obviously are clinically obese and immediate need some quick weight loss.I had no idea that our body uses food in a very specific manor, and that we can improve our energy levels, working with the body, not against it. There had some very specific rules to follow, this is the good student I followed them. It was a religion for me and as I preached, I did a lot of people crazy. I was an outcast because I had to prepare my food differently and not eating with friends at dinner time. My food was prepared differently, eat differently and finally I came to ask food servers to use a variety of spatulas turn my "veggie burger" from grill.I followed the rules, and I increased my energy.
Then the stuff hit the fan

Friends started talking behind my back to try the old Rob back. In one case, I was stuck on a couch, while Coca-Cola was poured into my mouth against my will. They wanted their pleasure old, fat, soul friend from back left, not the nut of health, with all these dietary rules.
I think we became aware of the food out, birthday party, I was asked to participate. It was time for celebration, but you want to know, what was I thinking? "It's me, or I do not have a piece of cake?"
"This is completely processed, natural foods. No fiber does not contain the fullness and the sugar, lard and other all kinds of junk." I had a lot of ideas on how this would affect my weight loss goals, my health and eating habits.
I weighed the health of ideas against socially acceptable choice to take this small piece of cake. I thought of losing their friends, if I do not accept the cake and weigh this against the impact of poor food choice was going to be in my body. I have lost friends because I have food choices, and I really do not want to lose more.
I'm sure you've been there myself, having to make a decision based on your social status vs. your health. This is a thought process very fast, but you discover that your blood pressure rises, your heart starts to beat faster, you start sweating ... You know what I mean?
I ate the cake.
I felt like shit.
I felt like shit on many levels and I was the stress of this excessively. I felt bad I had to make that choice in this way. I felt bad because the sugar in my blood rushed and I felt bad because I "thought about it too much"
At some point, we must let go of everything.
There is energy in food, love and the people around you, ready-meal and the circumstances in which it is eaten. Never eat a meal when you are upset or sad, because you should enjoy a meal and taking in all goodness, what the hell is brought to the body. Enjoy all that goodness and let go of all the stress.
Eat all you can naturally increase the amount of whole grains in your diet. Making the decision to eliminate processed foods and beverages such as cola, fruit juice, coffee and traditional tea. Eating with a smile on your face and give thanks for all stakeholders to bring food, nutrition and energy in your body.
Then when the time is right, have fun and enjoy the health that you have created.
There was a very dramatic change in my life, my health and weight loss, when I decided to enjoy food again. I started to break my own rules and live my life. I started to have fun with food and fun is back in my life.

I started eating better and my energy level has increased enough that my weight loss began and I started to get lean and healthy.
