Lactose intolerance
Lactose is a sugar found in milk and dairy products. Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose. In the small intestine of the enzyme lactase is deficient in the breakdown of lactose into two simpler forms of forms of sugar glucose and galactose. When it breaks down lactose into glucose and galactose, is allowed to absorb into the blood steam. Lactose intolerance develops over time and many do not show symptoms until early childhood or adulthood.

Gluten-Free Diet: GF Recipes: Keep salad crisp
Ingredients
8 c cabbage, finely chopped
1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
2 carrots, grated
1 / 2 c chopped onion
1 envelope unflavored gelatin, softened in 1 / 4 c water.
2 t celery seed
2 / 3 C. apple cider vinegar
1 t salt
2 / 3 C sugar
1 / 4 t ground black pepper
2 / 3 c corn oil
Route
Mix cabbage, green peppers, carrots and onion. Sprinkle 1 / 2 cup water, refrigerate until crispy.
Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper in a quart glass measure. Heat in microwave oven for 2 - 3 1 / 2 minutes, or until it begins to boil. Add the softened gelatin and mix well. Cool. When it starts to curdle, beat in oil. Drain water from vegetables and add dressing. Refrigerate for several days

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cup water
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups elbow macaroni GF
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup barbecue sauce, GF
