When it comes to weight loss, the desire is the quality that you get to decide that some-if anything is more important than your health, that few things are more important than to arrive at B.

A to B

Some pessimists argue that you can not get there from here. Pessimists tend to lie.
Mathematics
I like math. Mathematics is so insensitive. It is also convenient for us to bring the subject as emotional as a reference point for weight loss, which can get quite emotional.
And this is a mathematical truth:
To achieve a B or distant will increase or lower the barrier.

Will

Barrier
The biggest obstacle to weight loss is a B away hungry.
