Irish Coffee
* 1 teapsoon Suger
* 1 Jigger of Bushmills Irish Whiskey
* 2 / 3 cup of coffee or flavored Irish Creme coffee
Cream * 1 / 4 cup heavy, slightly fitted
Prehead glass with hot water. Drain water and add the hot coffee with the spoon and stir-Denis. Add a jigger of whiskey, and top with whipped cream. Coffee dark are the best in this recipe.
Spiced Orange Coffee
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
* 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 / 4 teaspoon nutmeg

* The amount of your regular usual coffee or try Swiss Chocolate Orange flavored coffeeAdd the above ingredients together and beer as normal. Place a slice of orange on the bottom or cup. * 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
* 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softenend
* 6 tablespoons chocolate syrup
* 1 cup prepared cold coffee
Mix the hot coffee and chocolate syrup in blender. Mix well. Cool mixture to room temperature. Pour the mixture into a medium bowl. Add the softened ice cream and cold coffee. A rotary beater, beat until smooth. Long spoon into glasses and serve immediately.
Coffee Nogged
1 cup of coffee or try Pumpkin flavored coffee
* 1 egg yolk
* Cream 1 / 2 cup
* Pinch of nutmeg
Beat the egg yolk and Suger together. Cream in a saucepan and heat over low heat, do not burn. Wisk the egg mixture into the warmed cream, heat until hot. Add coffee to mugs and top with cream mixture. Garnish the coffee with nutmeg.
