Five Steps To Lose A Stone In A Couple Of Weeks

It is a clean prepared and taught me by Dr. Bob Rakowski and taught by Charles Poliquin Biosignature in his way. This cleaning is a great way to lose weight, decrease body fat and feel better. I used this clean, with many clients with excellent results. Most people will have to do this for a week, but according to overweight or disease, you may be advised to continue cleaning 2 to 3 weeks. Here we go ...
Step 1 - Choose a medical food
You can use an unlimited amount of food, taking medicine, stirring every hour or two (you can rotate between products, which aim to reduce inflammation, balance the pH, the clearance of estrogen, heavy metal, or slack in the blood). Use 1-3 tablespoons of a liter food, medicine and drinking water to fortify 10-20g of glutamine. Or you can replace 2 or 3 medical food powdered drink super-food, green or red earth as dust. Use 15-30g, and again with 20 g of fortified glutamine.Step 2 - choose vegetables per day
Choose organic greens every day and eat unlimited amounts throughout the day. Good choices include broccoli, cabbage, kale, spinach, asparagus, bok choy, Swiss chard, spring greens, kohlrabi, etc ... reintroducing solid food on day 4 to clean it by adding whole grain rice or quinoa to your greens.Step 3 - selected macro micronutrientsThis synergistic and contains amino acids, essential fatty acids, a multi, extra fiber, estrogen detoxification products, control products of insulin, or heavy metal detoxification products. Talk to a professional about it, but would be a minimum of essential amino acids, 10-15g of fish oil and multivitamin.Step a 4 - to participate in physical detoxification
Coffee enemas daily Sauna (steam, infrared)
Skin Brushing
The castor oil packs
Massage
Step 5 - Exercise
Do not do any physical activity that generates lactate (muscle burn), then strength training, yoga, pilates, rehabilitation exercises and stretching are clean recommended.Do 1-3 this week, depending on how overweight you are, or sick, and watch the weight drop off, and significantly improve your health.
After cleaning - Maintain 2 portion of the health food a day, and now eats an elimination diet for 2 weeks. Eliminate gluten

Sugar
Stimulation
alcohol
Make sure the food as much as you can afford to buy during these two weeks are organic to reduce the burden on your liver.
